Patricia Arnold, Chief Operating Officer. Tricia is responsible for all of FASA's daily operations, policies and procedures, financial accounts, and budgets. Tricia is the FASA Board and all department boards' liaison.

Dr. Juhan Mixon, Legislative Consultant - Juhan provides expert assistance with our governmental relations efforts. This includes development and implementation of the FASA's legislative platform, political action committees, FASA Legislative Days, Capitol Hill Legislative updates and any other state legislative efforts as approved by FASA Board of Directors.

Mike Tremor, Associate Director - Mike is responsible for implementation and strategic planning of professional development programs.

Cindy Casavant, Membership Director - Cindy is responsible for coordinating our expanding membership campaign and updating member records. Cindy also answers all questions about membership and dues.

Joanna Wolff, Director of Communications - Joanna designs and produces all of FASA's marketing pieces, compiles and distributes FASA Friday Facts, facilitates and designs the layout for the Communicator Magazine and all of FASA's print media. Additionally, she manages FASA's website. She assists with all facets of FASA's operations.

Suzanne Ballou, Administrative Assistant - Suzanne takes all incoming calls and assists with general office and bookkeeping functions.

Tom Unwin, Director of Professional Development

Tom is a former district school administrator who is an expert in professional development, and is a former teacher, elementary principal, middle school principal and high school principal. Tom has also worked at the school level in curriculum development and implementation, teaching personnel, leadership development, career education, adult education, international education, funding and financial planning, as well as implementing a wide range of district wide innovations.  He worked in the Ministry of Education in British Columbia as a regional coordinator – working with school districts to implement policy and programs.  Currently he is the principal of JK Thomas Associates – consulting with U.S. state educational leaders to design their web based professional development initiatives for K12.
