FASA connects with Dr. Bill Daggett

Dr. Bill DaggettFASA made a powerful connection this year with Dr. Bill Daggett's International Center for Leadership in Education (ICLE). FASA is now the direct link between Dr. Daggett, ICLE and the growing number of Florida schools joining the Successful Practices Network (SPN) part of the nation-wide Model Schools movement.

With schools so overwhelmed by mountains of regulations, requirements, tests and reporting they have to do, providing research alone is not enough. Schools need direction and support. The Successful Practices Network provides the tools, training and materials needed to bring effective practices to the classroom and shares information on schools that have been most successful at providing all students with a rigorous and relevant education.

The Successful Practices Network, sponsored by the International Center for Leadership in Education, is a not-for-profit membership organization designed for good schools that want to become even better. The Network provides a mechanism to share data, experiences, technical assistance, research, and best practices with one another. Members can seek peer and expert advice on school improvement from like-minded schools and education leaders.
