Discover '25 Registration Fee Grant

The FASA Foundation is thrilled to offer a special needs-based grant to attend the Discover '25 Conference, June 9-11, 2025, at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. This grant covers the registration fee for the conference.
Requirements:

- Recipient must be a full-service member of FASA (either individual or institutional)
- Recipients are asked to attend a special lunch on Tuesday, June 10 at 12:00 PM
- Recipients are asked to volunteer at least 1 hour during the conference
- Note: Up to 5 grants will be awarded
FAEMSP Professional Development Grant
The Florida Association of Elementary and Middle School Principals (FAEMSP) Education Grant Program is offering up to five $500 grants to FAEMSP full-service members, totaling $2,500 for the 2024-2025 year. This grant is intended to support scholarships for professional development, education from accredited institutions, or attendance at educational conferences during the 2024-2025 school year, including Discover '25.
Requirements:

- Recipient must be a full-service member of FASA (either individual or institutional) and an elementary or middle school principal
- Use of funds must occur within the fiscal year (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025)
- Recipients must provide a short video testimony (under 1 minute) showcasing the benefits of the grant after your activities have culminated, helping FASA to promote future grants
- Note: Up to 5 grants will be awarded
FASA Foundation Culture Grant
Supporting school/district culture is essential for morale and retention, and the FASA Foundation is offering five grants of up to $1,000 each to help achieve this. A total of $5,000 will be distributed, and grant recipients will be announced at Discover '25. This grant is designed to enhance school culture, boost staff/teacher morale and/or assist in teacher and staff retention.
Requirements:

- Recipient must be a full-service member of FASA (either individual or institutional)

- Priority will be given to original, creative and innovative programs that include, but are not limited to team building/energizing staff and/or students, increasing teacher or student performance/achievement or increasing school/district personnel
- Applicants must clearly itemize the plan to improve school/district culture; include cost estimates, and clearly define objectives/outcomes
- Note: Up to 5 grants will be awarded

- Application Deadline for all grants: November 22, 2024, at 5:00 PM (no extensions)
- Discover '25 Conference: June 9-11, 2025, at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate
- Eligible recipients may not have received a grant through the FASA Foundation during the last two years (either 2022-23, or 2023-24)
